BLOOMS BY THE BUCKET:

Mountain Belle Flower Farm offers DIY bulk blooms by the bucket for weddings and special events.  Flowers are available for LOCAL DELIVERY or PICKUP FROM THE FARM ONLY in Durango, Colorado.

Requests must be made at least two weeks in advance of your desired pickup date, but the earlier the better! Orders are taken on a first-come-first serve basis, and popular colors do tend to sell out during the busy wedding season!

Retail Pricing Options:

Farmer's Choice 5 gallon bulk bucket $120 plus sales tax (and bucket charge if applicable)

Specific Color Palette 5 gallon bulk bucket $145 plus sales tax (and bucket charge if applicable)

We get many questions about how many stems will be included in each bulk bucket. Unfortunately, this is not a straightforward answer, as stem count will vary to accommodate the price of each type of flower. Minimum stem count is 35 stems, but that would only apply if they are all massive focal flowers. You will receive a full 5-gallon bucket, which is an incredible value to our customers who have a desire to create DIY arrangements. We love giving customers the option of purchasing direct from our farm and offering access to vibrantly fresh and otherwise unattainable florals.

A charge of $8 per bucket will be automatically applied to your order, to cover the cost of the buckets themselves. If you wish to bring your own buckets to transfer into at pickup, just let us know as you are placing your order and we will be happy to waive the bucket fee. We are a small farm and we appreciate your honesty with this matter. If customers fail to bring their own buckets we reserve the right to charge $8 each for them. Also, we do not allow customers to “swap” buckets at pickup. If a customer leaves their own buckets in place of ours, we reserve the right to charge for the buckets that were taken.

Invoices for our bulk buckets will be sent via email within 1 week of your pickup date. The invoice will have a link to pay online with credit card or bank transfer.

A deposit is not currently required, but payment in full is expected upon receipt of your invoice. Again, we prefer to use the honor system, and we appreciate our customers helping make this work. If you receive an email that says that we have confirmed your order and we have put you on our calendar, then you are obligated to pay for the order. If you change your mind or would like to cancel your order you must do so in writing at least 2 weeks prior to your pickup date.

*Disclaimer: Mountain Belle Flower Farm cannot be held accountable for the condition of our flowers once they leave our cooler. Customers are responsible for storing flowers in a cool location out of direct sunlight until the day of their wedding or event, so they should plan ahead to have such a space available. Customers are also responsible for any breakage that may occur during transfer of flowers to their own buckets at pickup. Transport and design can also cause breakage of flower stems, and Mountain Belle Flower Farm cannot be held accountable for said damage caused by customers.

Once a customer receives confirmation of their order, they also assume responsibility for paying the invoice for their bulk bucket order. In the event that a customer would like to cancel their order, Mountain Belle Flower Farm must be notified at least 2 weeks prior to their pickup date.
