NEW FOR 2026! Our A La Carte Wedding Arrangements are thoughtfully designed for couples seeking beautiful, professionally designed wedding arrangements, without full-service wedding design. All arrangements are pickup only from our cooler at James Ranch, just 10 miles north of Durango. A La Carte orders can be paired with our Blooms by the Bucket option for couples planning a partially DIY wedding. Bulk buckets can be included in the minimum investment of $500.

BRIDAL BOUQUET

Our bridal bouquets are thoughtfully designed to be the focal point of your wedding flowers, showcasing seasonal beauty, movement, and natural variation. Each bouquet is one-of-a-kind and unrepeatable—inspired by the style shown, but never an exact replica. Bridal bouquets are available in small and large sizes. Both sizes are designed to feel lush, intentional, and balanced, with the large option offering additional fullness and visual impact. The large bouquet extends beyond the hips a couple of inches in either direction. The small bouquet will not extend beyond the body. Each bouquet is custom-designed and unrepeatable. Final designs will not be identical to reference photos. Seasonal availability and natural variation are embraced to ensure the freshest, most beautiful blooms. A single trailing ribbon wrap is included. Ribbon options: white, cream, burlap, or without ribbon (customer provides their own). Bouquets arrive in a perfectly sized bucket for easy transport, which you’re welcome to keep.  Since ribbon would get soggy if it were tied on in advance, ribbon tying is the customer’s responsibility. A QR code linking to a ribbon-tying tutorial will be included with your ribbon.

BRIDESMAID BOUQUET

Bridesmaid Bouquets are slightly smaller than a small bridal bouquet, and are designed to feel balanced, elegant, and cohesive across your wedding party. BOUTIONIERRE (pin-on)

Our boutonnieres are simple, elegant, and thoughtfully designed using just a few key seasonal stems to coordinate with your wedding flowers. This is a classic pin-on style boutonniere (not a pocket square). Stems are neatly wrapped, and each boutonniere measures approximately 2.5 inches tall, with natural variation expected. Boutonnieres are securely packaged in a moisture-retaining clamshell and include a pin for easy attachment.

FLOWER CROWN (one-size-fits-all)

An open-ended flower crown designed to be tied for a comfortable, adjustable fit on any head size. Each crown is custom-designed using seasonal flowers and foliage, with natural variation expected. Final designs will not be identical to reference photos. White or cream ribbon options.

CEREMONY GROUND ARRANGEMENT (Foam Free)

A large, freestanding ground arrangement designed to make a bold statement at your ceremony or reception. This piece works beautifully as an entry-to-aisle arrangement, ground arbor alternative, or anywhere you’d like impactful floral presence—such as beside the couple, at a bar, or near a focal moment of your event. This style is intended to flank the couple in place of a traditional arbor. If you envision flowers on both sides, please order two. It can be placed directly on the ground, or this type of arrangement can also be elevated on a barrel or stump, for a more impactful display.

Ground arrangements measure approximately 24 inches tall and 24 inches wide. We recommend this option over traditional ceremony sprays because it is foam-free. Foam-free design aligns with our commitment to sustainable, responsible practices and a lighter impact on the planet. Arrangements are designed in a reusable vessel. You’re welcome to keep the vessel, or return it after your event and we will reuse or recycle it. Each arrangement is custom-designed using seasonal flowers and foliage. Natural variation is expected, and final designs will not be identical to reference photos.

CENTERPIECES & BUD VASES

For centerpieces and bud vases, we recommend DIY table arrangements. Our bulk buckets provide affordable access to vibrantly fresh, seasonal flowers in loose-stem format, ready for you or your day-of coordination team to arrange. If you’re ordering A La Carte arrangements, please add your bulk buckets to the same order on the order form below.

If you’re only ordering bulk buckets, please place your order form through our Blooms by the Bucket page, instead of this page.

Minimum Investment : $500

In order to access our A La Carte Wedding Arrangements, customers must make a modest minimum investment. The $500 minimum can include bulk buckets as well.

Color Palette      

Please note that the customer can only select their color palette, not specific flower varieties. For a general idea of what may be in season for your date, please visit the What’s In Bloom page, and click on the button entitled Bloom Time by Month Chart.

Please make sure that ALL of your items are either Farm Curated or Custom Color Palette. We will not be able to accept orders with a mix of a la carte items in these different categories.

Streamlined Ordering Process   

After filling out your order form and receiving confirmation back from us,  you can rest assured that our team will harvest and arrange the freshest, most beautiful flowers for your order. Our A La Carte Wedding orders do not include a formal phone consultation, however we can be reached by email to make adjustments to your order.

Your Commitment

Rather than requiring a traditional deposit, we reserve your date and flowers through a commitment-based ordering process.

Once your order is accepted, we hold your event date, begin planning around your color palette and quantities, and turn away other requests for that same date. Because of the time, labor, and growing space involved, we ask for a shared commitment to your order.

We intentionally collect payment closer to your event to allow for small, reasonable adjustments along the way—such as adding or removing a boutonniere or making minor quantity changes—before everything is finalized.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

  • Full payment is due 14 days prior to your event date

  • Adjustments to quantities may be requested prior to the payment due date, subject to availability

  • If you need to cancel your order after it has been accepted, the following applies:

    • More than 30 days before your event: 20% of the order total is due

    • Within 30 days of your event: 50% of the order total is due

    • Within 14 days of your event: 100% of the order total is due

These amounts are not penalties. They reflect the planning, farm resources, and availability reserved specifically for your event once a date is held.

A full explanation of these terms is included in our Service Agreement, which is required to place this type of order.

Pick Up ONLY      

Orders are pick up ONLY from our walk in cooler at James Ranch. Please make sure that you have adequate vehicle space to accommodate your arrangements and bulk buckets. Please note that we do not offer delivery services for A La Carte wedding orders

Customers are responsible for storing flowers in water, in a cool location out of direct sunlight until the day of their wedding or event, so they should plan ahead to have such a space available.
